Dr. Daphne M. Houston is the founder and president of See Talent Solutions, Inc.  Houston is a leading careers authority who teaches job seekers how to write and design resumes for the public sector and coaches applicants through the federal hiring process.

Dr. Daphne has managed her Human Resources/Professional Writing/Consulting Practice and Career Training business for over 15-years.

Armed with her team of professional, certified federal resume writers and former government GS-15 HR Specialists, See Talent Solutions advises and writes federal resumes for military, private industry, and federal clients worldwide.  Internationally recognized as “Dr. Daphne, the WorkDoctor” in many professional circles, for years corporations hired her to bring them big talent.

Houston personally apprenticed under the creator of the new “federal resume” that became an accepted standard after the SF 171 form was eliminated in 1995.

In addition to her experience as a Federal Careers Expert, Daphne is well versed in private industry and is well-suited to help those who want to transition from private to public sector.
